Step 3: Spreading reinforcement
Firstly, according to the hull line type and basic structure, the reinforcing material and the skeleton core material are respectively cut, and then laid in the mold according to the layering diagram and the molding process. When laying, the influence of the material and connection method of the reinforcing material on the flow rate of the resin must be fully considered.
Step 4: Laying vacuum auxiliary materials
On the reinforcing material laid in the mold, the release cloth is first laid, followed by the flow guiding cloth, and finally the vacuum bag, and the sealing strip is used for compaction and sealing. Carefully consider the direction of the resin and the vacuum line before closing the vacuum bag.
Step 5: Remove the vacuum inside the bag
After the above materials are laid in the mold, the resin on the clamping pipe system is introduced into the pipe, and the whole system is evacuated by a vacuum pump, the air in the system is evacuated as much as possible, and the overall airtightness is checked, and the leaking place is performed. Partial patching.
Step 6: Adjust the proportion of resin
After the vacuum in the bag reaches a certain requirement, the resin, the curing agent and other main engines are formulated according to the environmental conditions, the thickness of the product, the laying area, and the like. The formulated resin solution should have a proper viscosity, a suitable gel time, and an expected degree of cure.
Step 7: Mold lead resin
The prepared resin is guided by a pressure pump, and the bubbles in the resin are thoroughly stirred to remove the air bubbles in the order of the guide, and the resin is guided by the constant adjustment of the pump pressure to effectively control the thickness of the ship's hull.
Step 8: Curing the demoulding armor
After the resin is completed, the hull should be left in the mold for a period of time to cure the resin, generally not less than 24h, and can be demolded after its Bakr hardness is greater than or equal to 40.
