The speed of the resin from gel to the highest point of curing and exothermic temperature should not be too short.Thin FRP products are more suitable for post-curing fast resin varieties.
12, resin gel after curing speed too slow, if mediation enough fiber immersion time to gel, subsequent curing exothermic very long, the exothermic peak temperature is too low, curing doesn't come on hardness, thin products can appear even bad curing, to make the final strength of FRP to request, will shorten the gel time, thus fiber containing leaching time is insufficient, the presence of interlayer bleaching, delaminating.The speed of the resin from the gel to the highest point of curing exothermic temperature should not be too long.Thick FRP products are more suitable for post-curing slower resin varieties;Or switch to "post-curing" curing agents, such as acetic peroxide acetone (AAP), Andonox MEC (pegatine), which can cure faster at room temperature.Or a small amount of high temperature curing agents are mixed in the curing agent at room temperature.
13. The corrosive medium has penetrated into the interlining layer, and then the uplift and delamination occur.
Remove the corroded part, redo it, increase the lap width with the surrounding uncorroded part.
